For Small, Rural and Specialty
Hospital Malpractice Cases

With more than 30 years hospital management experience, Sam Allen can bring logical, functional, and particularly credible expert witness experience to you and your health care client.

Sam holds the prestigious Fellowship credential in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Fellowship is the highest earned credential available to healthcare management professionals, and goes a step beyond the coveted credential of Certified Healthcare Executive.

In order to better assist his hospital management consulting clients, and to stay on the leading edge of healthcare malpractice issues, Sam regularly participates in the Montana Medical-Legal Panel process, as a panelist evaluating cases filed against hospitals and physicians. Because of his thorough understanding of both the legal/managerial aspects of healthcare, and the clinical issues surrounding many cases, he is able to lend valuable insight to both plaintiffs and defendants whether they be individuals, hospitals, systems, or physicians. Through his expert witness practice, you can now bring this expertise to bear on your client's case.

Whether your case is concerned with management or governance decisions or actions, functional issues within the small/rural hospital milieu, contractual relationships with physicians or others, or quality or standard of care concerns, you can be assured that Sam Allen can competently advise you, and if necessary, testify for your case.
